Customer RelationsWe have owned our Rainbow vacuum cleaner for over 30 years and have never needed to have it serviced. Our only problem today was that a belt had broken, and although a spare belt had been supplied originally, we were unable to stretch it enough to slip into place. We took it to the nearest Rainbow Sales and Service dealer, Terry Henry in Grand Prairie, Texas, and Terry had the belt on in no time. He decided to do a bit of cleaning while he had it open, and then even put on a new belt because our original replacement belt was rather stiff because of its age.
Terry is enthusiastic about the quality of his product, and rightfully so. It is a joy to see a superior product--manufactured right here in the good old USA. We enjoyed seeing the latest deveopments, although most is the same. When we were ready to pay, he said there was no charge! You can be sure our word of mouth endorsement will also be enthusiastic.

I received a call from Maureen Perry, she took her aquamate into Terry Henry for service and she was so pleased with his work that she called us to let us know she was happy that she was referred to him. She said that he fixed her aquamate while she waited because he knew that she needed to shampoo her carpets.When she has friends that she can refer she said that she is going to call Terry so she can earn the new Aquamate that he showed her. She was very impressed with his quality of service.
